First-time Contributors
You are warmly invited to post up to three introductory pieces. These will be reviewed by our Staff, before being moved into Critique, or you may be asked to submit additional samples of your work.
- Click "Submit your Work".
- Click the "Post New Entry" button at the top left. It looks like this:

- An editing window should appear. Click in the Title box and enter the title of your work. Please include "by [yourname]" in the title field, to ensure that your name appears next to the title of your piece in the index of work in Critique.

- Click in the big box and then enter the content of your work.
- When you are done, either click "Save" to post and keep the editing window open (for example, if you might still wish to do further formatting), or click "Save&Close" to post and dismiss the editing window. Rinse and repeat for up to three pieces.

If you already have a Portfolio:
- Select "Critiques" menu in the top navbar.
- Click "Post to Critique" from the Sidebar at the right.
- Click the "Post New Entry" button at the top left.
- Enter the title of your work. Please include "by [yourname]" in the title field. This will ensure that your name appears next to the title of your piece in the index of work in Critique.
- Enter the content of your work.
- Click "Save" or "Save&Close". Please limit your posts to two per calendar week, in order to ensure that all work gets sufficient attention.
You may also elect to post directly to your Portfolio. Click here for how to post directly to your portfolio. Please know that only work which has been through Critique is eligible for publication.
